Products and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
Tasting notes describe how the coffee tastes to us. Coffee is an agricultural product and small differences between batches are normal.
We may change prices or withdraw a product at any time. A change does not affect an order already paid for.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is received and you see the confirmation page.
We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock, the price shown was an obvious error, or we cannot deliver to the address.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

These are covered by the shipping policy and the refunds and cancellations policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place orders on behalf of someone else without their permission.
The name, wordmark, pack designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Ravenspirit Media Pvt Ltd and may not be copied without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
