Your order history and any messages you send us.
Your phone number, if you ask to be told about stock or new packs.
Basic technical data that any website receives, such as IP address and browser type.

What we do not collect

We do not see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages.

How we use it

To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and tell you where it is.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.
To send a stock or new pack message, only if you asked for one.
To keep records the law requires, such as tax invoices.

Who we share it with

Razorpay, to process payments.
Shiprocket and the courier it assigns, to deliver your order.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Storage on your device

The site stores your cart on your own device so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and company law require. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for messages at any time. Write to the grievance officer below and we will respond within thirty days.
