Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship across India. Orders above ₹999 ship free, and smaller orders carry a flat fee of ₹60.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within two working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery

Delivery takes three to seven working days from dispatch, depending on the PIN code. The courier sends tracking details by SMS and email once the parcel is picked up.

Address and delivery attempts

• Please check the address and phone number at checkout. We cannot change an address after dispatch.
• The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. A parcel that comes back to us undelivered can be sent again for the shipping fee, or refunded less the shipping cost.

Delays

Weather, strikes and courier backlogs can add days that are outside our control. If a parcel has not moved for five days, write to us through the contact page and we will chase the courier.

Outside India

We do not ship outside India at present.
